North x ATA Records Launch Party
To celebrate North's collaboration with local Jazz aficionados ATA Records, we are thrilled to invite you to an exclusive launch party at Springwell.
12-5pm: ATA Record's Pop-up shop
6pm: Tasting / Q&A
7pm: DJ set from ATA & Refold
Founded in 2014, ATA Records is led by Leeds-based, label boss and musician Neil Innes. ATA Records are based out of Neil Innes's ATA studios, a disused garage on the outskirts of town, ATA studios is an Aladdin's cave of vintage 1960s recording equipment. Recording exclusively to 2” tape and adopting mid-century recording techniques has resulted in their distinctive sound.
Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to browse ATA's pop-up record shop, where the exclusive single supporting the launch will be available for purchase.
At 6pm, we invite you to a tutored tasting and Q&A session, to learn all about this collaboration: the music, the design, the beer - come find out more about the official Leeds Jazz Festival beer!
And to top off this day of jazz and brewery fresh beer, Neil will be sharing a special vinyl set from ATA's collection, joined by James Ockelford, of Refold Studios.
Celebrate local jazz with us, enjoy brewery fresh beer, and delicious food from Little Bao Boy & Homeboy Pizza, all in the stunning setting of the brewery.
