What began as a monthly student-led jazz night, 'Jazz at 92' has grown into a well-established event series nestled in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Run by the dynamic duo, in-house Events Manager, Melaney Peter, and Guitarist/Composer, Sol Christopher, their jazz nights unfold within the cozy confines of an intimate coffee shop.
The night has hosted a diverse array of Yorkshire-based talents, from the enchanting compositions of Awen Ensemble, Rosie Frater-Taylor, Chris Sharkey, Wandering Monster, Issey Chivers, and more. Beyond mere musicality, ‘Jazz at 92’ is a harmonious endeavour, creating a collaborative space that bridges jazz and community within Leeds.
